The Sacred Dance Continues…

As discussed last week, there is a special triple conjunction in Aquarius at this time. Chiron, Neptune and Jupiter continue their sacred dance through the Heavens, and today Chiron and Neptune move retrograde. Jupiter follows suit on the 15th June.

These transformational energies are starting to move within, to stir up our inner worlds, and to infuse their power into every cell of our Being.

The effect of retrograde Neptune is likely to be quite subtle, for Neptune is such an ethereal energy, most people would not even notice it was there! Although subtle, don’t be fooled into thinking that this is an energy to be ignored – oh no, Neptune is likely to stir up deep feelings within each of us that some may find hard to bear.

Neptune is the planet of dreams, spirituality, mysticism and psychic gifts, and this special retrograde phase is likely to see many of us feel our connections to the Divine in much stronger and clearer ways.

The reason it may be hard to bear, is that with the Light comes Dark, with the Love comes Sorrow, with the Positivity comes Negativity. This is not to say that life will become terrible or unbearable, but rather we will start to see the ‘bigger picture’ of life and fully realise that to have balance and harmony, we must experience the two polarities.

Neptune is very wise and helps us to love unconditionally. He is the light of inspiration, the celestial musician, the keeper of Cosmic Truths, and the link for each of us to sacred channellings, inspired writing and prophetic visions. All of these have great power and significance at this time, and yet there are many of us who doubt that they can receive such Divine Guidance.

This retrograde phase will enable anyone who truly believes, to be inspired and guided by Sacred Truth. This will be enhanced by retrograde Chiron who will allow each of us to find our inner strength and re-connect to our ‘incurable wounds’ in order to see just how we can help others and the world.

Blend this with Jupiter - who for the next 2 weeks remains direct – and Jupiter acts as a conduit between the inner and outer landscape of our lives. We will get a brief insight into just how to move forwards with our lives, and then when Jupiter moves retrograde we will have a strong inner focus to turn our lives around, to let go of those things, which no longer serve us (and Retro Pluto is certainly helping with that!), and to start believing in our Selves, our true gifts and our true purposes or destinies.

The effects of this will last for a few months, but by the time these planets start moving direct again, each of us will have transformed at quite a deep level and be ready to step back on the path again with love in our hearts, joy in our souls and confident that we are being guided towards our destiny…

Cutting Out The Dead Wood...

Pluto in retrograde continues to dig deep and stir up issues and challenges for each of us to face.

This powerful little planet plays such a major role in world events over the next decade, he is certainly not one to ignore. I wonder if his demotion to ‘dwarf’ planet irked him somewhat, and now he is getting his own back by causing chaos?

Over the coming weeks, retrograde Pluto will continue to help each of us to go within and face the truth of our lives. We often cling to people, possessions and experiences in life because they are familiar and comfortable; but how often do we consider if they are holding us back or preventing us from exploring our full potential?

Pluto has a certain way of working, and those of us who have strong Pluto’s know this only too well. He starts off very gently nudging us to let go, to change, to be reborn. This can be subtle, and most people would ignore these signs. He then gets a bit more obvious creating obstacles and minor incidents to help us to see. At this point, there is a risk – ignore Pluto and he has ways of making you pay attention (I speak from personal experience).

Pluto shows us that however we may feel about change and endings, these are a fact of life. He gives us a choice: accept change and find strength from it, or resist it and let the fear destroy us. Both choices end up at the same destination, for change is inevitable. So, with hindsight, taking the subtler hints from Pluto can be quite a wise move.

People often confuse acceptance with giving up – these are not the same. Giving up comes from a negative, defeatist space. Acceptance comes from a place of knowing, of strength.

Retrograde Pluto is not about giving up, it is about letting go of those things that no longer serve us in order to be re-born, renewed, rejuvenated.

We all have baggage in life, be it physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual. Most of us have all four to some degree. But in order to move through life we need to be able to travel lightly – therefore letting go of those things which no longer serves us makes a great deal of sense.

This links in well to the consumerist society in which we live today. Pluto is knocking down the illusion that material living, money, wealth and power are invincible and impressive. They are not. Nothing lasts. If we choose to rely on these, then life becomes empty and without meaning.

Many people have turned their backs on religion and spirituality in favour of a new God – money and debt. They have become slaves to new cars, new shoes, personalised number plates (have never understood that one!), more holidays, and keeping up with the neighbours. This way of life is a choice, and it’s not for me to denigrate someone for this, but when they look at their lives in the cold light of day, are they truly happy? Can shoes really give someone meaning and depth to their lives?

Coming back to our baggage – it is only by letting go of those things which no longer serve us that we can make way for the new to enter our lives. It can be scary, unknown, risky, but if we want to grow and learn, what choice do we have?

The Sacred Dance

As promised in my horoscopes at the beginning of the month, here’s more on the special celestial event happening right now in the skies above us…

There is a sacred dance taking place in the heavens at this time, and this involves a triple conjunction between Neptune, Chiron and Jupiter. All three planets are in Aquarius, and at present they are in perfect union with one another.

Firstly, a few words about Chiron. Many astrologers disregard Chiron, for he is a planetoid, not a planet. Yet, this little planet plays a major role in the lives of all of us, particularly those of us on a spiritual path. Chiron lives between Saturn and Uranus, and it is believed that Chiron did not originate in our Solar System, and that one day he will up sticks and leave again.

Chiron was the King of the Centaurs; he was half-horse, half-human and was an immortal. He became friends with Hercules, but one day Hercules accidentally scratched Chiron with the point of the arrow used to destroy the monster Hydra. There was no anecdote to the poison, but, as an immortal Chiron could not die. Despite his great wisdom of plant and animal lore, he could not find a cure and heal his wound, so he was faced with living in great pain for eternity. Chiron then had a choice, to retreat into the pain or to use his suffering as a way to help and heal others. Fortunately for us, he chose the latter.

So we all have our own ‘Chironian’ archetype – he represents our healing gifts. And these gifts come from our own ‘incurable wounds’ – that experience in life although traumatic, which marked a turning point within. It marked a time where we decided to use that wound to make a positive difference to others.

So, in many ways Chiron helps us to connect to our inner strength and ability to turn negatives into positives.

Combine this with Neptune, Jupiter and Aquarius.

Jupiter is the planet of growth, expansion, new horizons and abundance. Neptune is the planet of mystery, spirituality and the unknown. Aquarius is the humanitarian – a freedom seeking, individualist who is a child of humanity.

Quite a combination!

This celestial dance is having a powerful impact on all of us, and yet there is something vague and undefined about these energies which make linking in to them quite difficult.

These energies combined mark a special sacred dance of energies for the next few months. These planets seem to be paving the way for a transformational and joyous time. Seems strange in these dark days of world recession, but with so many institutions crashing, politicians being outed for misusing public money and countries getting into more and more debt.

Yet, this highlights an important lesson for humanity – we cannot rely on money, power and greed to sustain us, or to give us meaning in our lives, and whilst the planets are forcing our hands with this, the time will come where more people turn towards spirituality to once again find meaning to their lives.

This triple conjunction seems to be the key that releases a huge surge of transformational energy out into the cosmos for each of us to bathe in. This energy continues to grow in strength over the coming week as the 29th sees Neptune and Chiron move retrograde, closely followed by Jupiter two weeks later.

This is truly a special time, and we would all be wise to go within to clarify our goals and dreams, to visualise them and to believe that they will come to pass.

Both collectively and individually, we are changing and shifting. There is a sense that our inner guide books are being re-written and we have been blessed with some new directions connected to creating a positive and bright reality, not only for ourselves but for everyone.

We have long forgotten just how powerful our minds are, and if we choose to focus on the lack and darkness around us at this time, then this will grow. But, if we choose instead to grab our inner Chiron with both hands and turn any negatives into positives, and to make a difference, then we will see a global shift in attitude towards harmonious living. Jupiter and Neptune will help this energy to not only expand, but to reach deeply into all of our psyches over time.

We each have a mission at this time, and this mission is to do the very best we can, not to underestimate ourselves, not to undersell ourselves or our potential, and to believe that anything is possible.

To be continued…

Knowing the Unknowable...

The planets seem to be having an unusually big effect on many of us at the moment. There is a sense that something big is stirring; yet it is hard to pinpoint exactly what this is. It is just a feeling, an inkling that change is coming.

Now that Saturn has moved direct, there is a strong sense that each of us have become more grounded and more aware of the truth of our lives. Yet when we look at this from a more esoteric perspective, everything still seems shrouded in mist.

Maybe we are seeking clarity where there is none? There are some things in life, which remain unknown – they have always been unknowable, and that is why we try to seek enlightenment or knowing. Of course, when we reach this stage, the unknowable does become knowable, but we are not likely to be earthbound or in human form at the time.

So, the challenge lies in trying to make sense of the things that just don’t make sense. Maybe it’s not a challenge though, maybe it’s just part of the human condition. For if it made sense, we would only be trying to understand something else that doesn’t.

This may sound like I am talking in riddles, and in many ways I am, yet at the same time don’t we all spend our lifetimes living out the riddles we have created around us? We create the reality we want to create: we can see riddles or solutions, we can feel confused or contented. At the end of the day it comes down to choice: making a choice about constantly seeking the unknowable and feeling confused, or knowing that the unknowable is an ultimate goal, but at the same time grabbing life with both hands and living it to the full.

Many of us reach crossroads in our lives, and at these crossroads we need to make a choice about which path to follow. The difficulty for many of us is connected with not only making the initial decision about which path to take, but also to let go of the inevitable ‘what if’s’. Life doesn’t always work out as we plan, yet it is by making mistakes and accepting the responsibility for these choices that make us the people we are today.

Life isn’t always a bed of roses. We can focus on creating our own little Utopian scene of abundance and joy, but sometimes it doesn’t work out this way. We then have to choose how we are going to deal with the failure: despair and give in, or stand, fight and rise up again.

Eileen Caddy once wrote ‘Stop looking for a scapegoat in your life and be willing to face the truth within yourself and to right your own wrongs’.

So I guess it does ultimately come down to accountability. Many of us find it hard to accept responsibility for the choices we make in life, yet the only true way to learn is to embrace that burden and to learn from it.

We can spend our lives dipping our toes into the sea of life, yet never actually taking a risk, never making a decision, never jumping in. Is that a life well lived, acting sensibly, living in fear or is it a waste of a perfect opportunity to find that strength from within to not only jump into the water, but to dive in deeply, to rush through the waves like the dolphins and to explore every bit you can?

We can never be sure about what lies ahead, but we can be sure that there will always be the unknowable, but that’s life. It is up to each of us how we choose to live with this…

Joy & Sorrow...

Life seems to be churning up some challenges at the moment. And yes that is something of an understatement for most of us!

The following is called Joy and Sorrow and it’s written by Kahlil Gibran. It called me today, and I wanted to share it with you. It speaks for itself:

Joy and Sorrow

Then a woman said, "Speak to us of Joy and Sorrow."

And he answered:

Your joy is your sorrow unmasked.

And the selfsame well from which your laughter rises was oftentimes filled with your tears.

And how else can it be?

The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain.

Is not the cup that hold your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter's oven?

And is not the lute that soothes your spirit, the very wood that was hollowed with knives?

When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy.

When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.

Some of you say, "Joy is greater than sorrow," and others say, "Nay, sorrow is the greater."

But I say unto you, they are inseparable.

Together they come, and when one sits alone with you at your board, remember that the other is asleep upon your bed.

Verily you are suspended like scales between your sorrow and your joy.

Only when you are empty are you at standstill and balanced.

When the treasure-keeper lifts you to weigh his gold and his silver, needs must your joy or your sorrow rise or fall.

Kahlil Gibran

Taking A Chance...Embracing Life

Saturn has been retrograde since the end of December 2008, and today (the 17th May) he finally moves direct.

Retrograde Saturn has been strongly connected to each of us understanding our inner relationships to responsibility and authority – in particular in relation to our own fathers. We have been pushed into being more accountable for our own lives and the decisions that we make and whilst this has been challenging for some it has been necessary in order for us to be able to parent our inner selves.

Moving direct, it becomes time to put these new lessons we have learnt into practice. It is time to be more assertive and confident as we move through life, and to not be afraid of taking more responsibility for our choices in life.

Fate always has a hand in life, but at the same time, we all have choices and unless we accept responsibility for our own choices, how can we ever learn? It is all too easy to look to others for guidance and help, and offering this is human and natural. Yet after accepting this guidance, the ability to own that choice is not always so easy. When things go wrong, it is easy to seek outside sources for blame or reprimand, but we also need to go within to seek the source of that experience and to accept at least some accountability.

Many of us are full of ‘what if’s’ and ‘if only’s’ in life, and this is so restricting and limiting. If we spend our lives in fear of moving forwards and afraid of making the ‘wrong’ decisions and so end up never moving forwards or making choices, we end up paralysed and unable to function. This is the harsh side of Saturn – the side that restricts and constrains – yet this is a choice, and it is up to each of us to decide just how happy we are to be constrained?

Freedom comes at a price, and that price is accountability and responsibility. Be happy to accept that taking chances in life can be risky, but without that risk how can we experience reward?

This is not to say that we all need to throw caution to the wind, but it is about taking a deep breath and filling your space in the world. Holding back is akin to a withering flower, still alive but clinging on, living on the edge of life or death. There is no joy in living on a precipice – the way ahead may be unknown and may be full of risk, but if we want to grow and learn we have to take that decision to try.

So Saturn moving direct will certainly be an expansive time for those souls truly willing to be fully accountable, responsible and wiling to take a chance on life, love and joy.

The Phoenix Rises

Pluto in Retrograde is continuing to have some far reaching consequences for many of us. Issues that we thought were long resolved are rearing their heads again, this is leaving many of us feeling tired right down to soul level – a feeling of deep exhaustion or lethargy that feels a little overwhelming.

Pluto seems to be pushing us into corners, in order to test our strength, courage and resolve. Just how much do we want those things in life that we dream about? If we are serious about achieving these dreams, then we need to be tested and pushed to make sure that we can see them through to fruition.

Of course, we all feel that we have had more than enough of being tested, but at the same time isn’t this an integral part of life? When we stop learning, what else is there?

Retrograde Pluto has a habit of stirring up the melting pot within – he pushes us to our limits to bring about change. He is the transformer, the catalyst for change, and so it is no surprise that his energy is having such a strong effect on so many of us.

Think about the Phoenix – the mythical firebird that rises from the ashes, lives, then dies in flames only for another to be reborn from those very same ashes. So it seems that each of us are Phoenixes in our own way, and that one by one over the coming weeks and months, we will arise out of the ashes – reborn, regenerated and renewed.

The challenge we all seem keen to avoid though is the going down in flames bit! But of course change doesn’t have to be quite so flamboyant. However, change is challenging at this time. Pluto is pressing our buttons and making us go to places we wouldn’t normally go to within.

Many folk are re-thinking their whole life plans, wondering if they are still on the right paths, doing the right things with the right people. And it is likely that by September when Pluto moves direct again, some of us will be living very different lives to the ones we are living now.

Of course, we should not fear this – change is inevitable after all. To embrace change is to embrace our inner strength, and it is our strength that is key at this time.

We are all individuals, with our own unique paths in life. Yet we come together like sheep, following the flock, doing what others do. Pluto is challenging this attitude within us now, as it is time to stand up and be counted as individuals and to stop thinking about life and to start living it instead.

Someone once said ‘a dream remains perfect only whilst it remains a dream’. However, keeping it a dream to keep it perfect misses the point, we have to learn through experience – success and failure. Dreams can come true, but if we never take that leap how will we ever know?

April Horoscopes

Aries

You have been in a bit of a spin over recent weeks, almost as though you got yourself a little overwhelmed and lost on your path in life. You have been putting yourself under immense pressure to keep pushing on, and this has left you feeling a little tired and weary. Try to take some time out for a rest; otherwise you may end up making a mistake and having a mishap of some kind…

Early April is a good time to nurture yourself a little, try not to feel that to take a step back now would negate all your hard work, instead just try to slow down a little and stop giving yourself such a hard time! Everyone deserves a rest once in a while, and in the long run, surely it is better to have a quiet phase now, rather than a nothing phase later on when you have completely worn yourself out and are unable to function? The choice is yours.

Your ruler Mars moves into your sign on the 22nd: and this marks a new surge of energy and enthusiasm (so it’s not that far away). There is a sense of vigour and newness about you, and you feel like you are back in the driving seat of your life once again. So, get yourself prepared now so you can truly make the most of the exciting and energetic phase ahead.

Taurus

Work, work, work – that seems to sum up your life at the moment. If it’s not the demands in the office, it’s the needs of the family, domestic chores and generally running around like a mad thing. Try to remember that you don’t have to do it all yourself – and whilst you love to be the carer and provider, try to step back a little and let those around you share some of the responsibilities. This will not only give you a much needed rest, but it will also empower them to be more responsible and accountable for their own lives, and in addition, they might just start to truly appreciate how much you do for them (don’t bank on this one though!).

You do owe it to yourself to develop your vocabulary a little, using the word ‘No!’ once in a while will do wonders for your own confidence and self-esteem. You were not born to be a ‘yes person’, and it doesn’t suit you. You forget that you have great strength, tenacity, courage and willpower, and if you step back a little from being so busy and listen to your intuition, you will start to see that your life is changing and evolving, and you are on the verge of a major dream coming true in your life. It’s a shame that at the moment, you are just to busy and weary to notice…

Gemini

You certainly seem to be off in your own little world at the moment, you are preoccupied and a little stressed with events unfolding around you. Strangely, these events do not appear to be directly related to you, but more connected to those close to you. It is almost as though you are a little buoy on a stormy ocean, and you can’t focus on yourself as the ocean keeps throwing you about all over the place! Frivolity aside, this is very disorientating for you, as you are struggling to be as objective or adaptable as you usually are.

Try to step back a little, and focus on yourself this month. The more you can focus, the more you will be able to steady yourself from the strong currents of others. You are an air sign after all, so being stuck in stormy seas is quite alien to you. Make it your goal to restore peace and calm, and to take some time out to get your life back into perspective once again…

April is a month to take a good, hard look at your life and to use your initiative to get your life back on track. Your horizons are expanding, and an amazing opportunity is likely to come knocking. However, if you are too busy feeling queasy from the storm around you, you might not notice.

Cancer

Life has become a little tough recently, you feel as though your life is not moving in the way you had hoped for. You seem to be stuck in limbo, almost in stasis, not quite sure where to go next. In some ways this is due to your inner cautionary nature taking hold, as you are understandably feeling a little nervous about your way forwards in life. It seems that whichever way you turn, you have to make a leap of faith, and the fear of this has got you trapped in inertia.

You are aware of a pressure around you, trying to forge a way ahead, pushing you forwards. You haven’t realised that this, is, in fact you! You are creating the push/pull scenario – a feeling that you so desperately want to move forwards, but the fear holds you back. You must be feeling exhausted.

April brings with it a smoother path, and an easier ride. Once you stop wrestling with yourself so much, you will be able to see your way ahead with great clarity and focus. This is likely to be an obvious step, and you may feel a little silly that you had missed this solution before now, but worry not, don’t think about what has passed, focus on the present instead. Life doesn’t have to be tough anymore, embrace the joy and happiness, it is now within your grasp.

Leo

You have known for some time that, like the planets revolving around the Sun in the solar system, people revolve around you as their centre point in life. They look to you for guidance, leadership and strength. In return you love nothing more than to take control and make the big decisions; and those close to you are hugely appreciative of this.

Hello? Time for a wake up call! There is a strong sense of discombobulation this month, as your perception of reality is challenged with the reality of the people around you. Trivial niggles could develop into major arguments unless you are prepared to take an honest look at things.

Your strength and leadership is unquestionably admirable and wise, yet you need to let those close make some of their own choices and decisions. By allowing this, you will start to see your own life in a little more perspective, and see just how you can use your strengths to re-focus on your goals and dreams. Try to take more control of your own destiny, and you will soon start to realise that focusing on making your own dreams a reality is a lot more rewarding than bossing others about and laying down the law. The path ahead looks very bright for Leo, so try not to feel too objectionable about having a wee slap on the wrists!

Virgo

April is traditionally the time of year for Spring Cleaning, for clearing out the clutter, and for re-injecting some freshness into life. Spring Cleaning comes in many different levels though, and whilst you would benefit greatly from clearing your home; you will not gain the full benefit unless you have an inner clearing as well. Very often, the simple act of physical cleaning and clearing is good for the soul, but if you declare the intent to let go of all your inner blocks and cobwebs at the same time, then this should prove to be a most satisfying experience for you.

There is a little tension in the air when it comes to family and those close – and you would be wise to keep out of the affray as much as possible. If others want to argue and butt heads, then that is their choice, but there is no need for you to get involved unless you are in the mood for a row. All in all though, you would be far wiser keeping quiet, focusing on being still and reflective, for this seems to be a time for re-invigorating your life through new thoughts and ideas, and you will struggle to receive these if you are in the midst of arguments with your sleeves rolled up, ready to get stuck in. Instead, focus on enriching your life from within.

Libra

You certainly seem to be feeling much more adventurous in April. The path of success that you have been on recently has taken you to places that you never though possible, but recent tensions have left you questioning your motives and direction in life. This is only a brief blip, but the hiccup has been a welcome opportunity for you to take stock of where you are and what you are working towards. So, by the time you reach the middle of the month, your life will be racing forwards in the fast lane once again.

April brings the opportunity to meet some new and very influential people who have the capacity to transform your life forever in ways you have only ever dreamed of until now. Do make the most of this opportunity of a lifetime, and also keep your eye left of centre as well, because another doorway looks set to open from an avenue that you have not even considered.

You are great at encouraging others to stand in their power and to acknowledge their gifts, but pretty rubbish at acknowledging what you yourself have to offer – you will be put to the test this month – to stand up and shine. You know you can, so just get out there and do it! You will then realise that you have nothing to fear - just remember not to underestimate yourself.

Scorpio

You have been feeling a little lost recently, without direction or focus, and wondering what on earth to do with your life. This mental activity has left you feeling quite exhausted, so you need to take some time away from your head this month and instead focus on something far more practical – like your home environment.

Have a really good clean and de-clutter, and then have a go at clearing the space of old or dormant energies. If you the feel the urge – redecorate, and if you are feeling flush – refurbish. The purpose of this exercise will not only give you a much nicer living space, but it will also help to clear the clutter that is going round and round in your head. Physical clearing always helps the mind, so what are you waiting for?

This de-cluttering exercise will stand you in good stead for being able to clear your mind enough to allow your true goals to re-emerge. You will also feel much more focused and driven, and so you will be able to take steps towards achieving your newly found goals with much more vim and vigour. Try not to put yourself under pressure to rush ahead though, wait until the timing feels right, so listen to your intuition, trust your instincts and listen to your inner guide.

Sagittarius

You certainly seem to be back in the driving seat of your life once again, and you are able to call to you opportunities and situations that can make your life even better. Try not to let yourself get drawn into the same old repeating patterns that you have seen in your life though – as it can be all to easy to step back into familiar patterns and roles.

April is a month to review your skill base, and to decide whether you need to add any strings to your bow. You are pretty skilled at handling most situations, even when pushed out of your comfort zone. However, it is not a time to bluff or push your luck – you need to be honest about what you can do, and what you can’t, as well as acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses. See this as an opportunity to consolidate your life before reaching out into new directions again.

You have been very externally focused recently, and you now need to take some time to look within to make sure that your inner needs are being fulfilled. Are you truly happy? If not, what can you do to change this? Do you need to let something go or bring something new in, or both? April gives you a welcome chance to develop a deeper soul-level connection or sense of understanding with your Self.

Capricorn

You need to make sure that you are really listening to your instincts this month, for there are areas of your life that you are not completely sure about, and as you are so good at burying your head in the sand if you instinctually sense something that does not fit into your grand plans, then it is really important that you take a good, hard honest look at your life. In addition, don’t allow yourself to be swayed by others opinions – it is what you think that counts.

You have recently been building the foundations to a new area of your life, and whilst the building work is almost complete, you need to make sure that you are fully prepared to move into the next phase – it could be that you need more qualifications, so make the most of this time to get yourself into a position to move forwards with confidence and ease. Don’t jump at having second best, when, for the sake of a little while longer, you could have it all.

There is an air of change around your close personal relationships – this is because you are undergoing a deep inner transformation, and this is giving you a whole new perspective of yourself and your life. This is not a bad thing, as you are likely to be in a position to explore new depths to your relationships – enjoy!

Aquarius

April is a time for renewal and resurrection for you. It is a time to inject new energy into your life – your home, your mind, your career, your relationships. This is not to say that it would be wise to throw everything up into the air for a shake-up, but do try to get your life a little more organised so that you have a little quiet time to reflect on the path ahead. In addition, if you time any forthcoming changes right, then the transition should be quite smooth and easy – so trust your instincts on this.

You have a great propensity for thinking outside of the box and this skill will serve you well in April as an opportunity comes your way that will take a little creative and inspired thought. Exactly what this involves only an Aquarian would know, but basically try not to take things at face value; what might seem like a non-runner of an opportunity could actually turn out to be just the thing you have been looking for.

Finally, you look set to meet a true kindred spirit this month, and this is likely to lead to some upheaval in connection to your feelings and emotions. The reason for this is that it will enable you to develop a far more relaxed and open emotional approach to life – somewhat unfamiliar territory for you...

Pisces

April is not a month to be feeling coy and unsure of your gifts and talents, for the world is waiting for you to step out from the shadows and show them what you’re made of! Life is on the up, and with the Heavens behind you, this month looks set to be an exciting and fruitful time. You just need to have some self-belief, as well as the knowledge that you have some wonderful skills and gifts that the world needs – and even if you can only help a tiny corner of the world, it is worth the effort.

Change certainly seems to be in the air, and whilst this is overwhelmingly positive, you will need to be aware that this is likely to mean that there will be some major restructuring of your life and your routines. Try not to let this worry you though, as you now seem strong enough to take this in your stride. The reason for this is that you are becoming more and more re-connected to your inner well or source of strength, focus and energy; and this is a powerful force to guide you and keep you on track and focused in life. So, draw on this power source when you need to, and let it imbue your life with the happiness and joy that you deserve.
